If you believe that a Vittoria product that you purchased may be eligible for a warranty evaluation, please contact us.

To help expedite your warranty evaluation request, please provide as much detail as possible, including:

• Order number
• Purchase date 
• Product item number
• Description of the product
• Picture of the condition

In case of non conformity of the Products under Article 129 of the Consumer Code, the legal warranty provided by the Code will apply.

EU regulations stipulate that the seller must provide the consumer with a minimum warranty of 2 years as protection against defective goods or items not corresponding to what was advertised.
