Returns & Refunds
Return processing typically takes 7-10 business days after the package is delivered to our warehouse.
During peak times (holidays, sales, special events, etc.) it can take longer than normal to process.
Once completed, it may take your bank an additional 2-7 business days to post the refund to your original form of payment.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used when placing the order. Please ensure the card remains valid at the time of your return
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase of Vittoria products through this website. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a Vittoria product that you purchased through this website, please request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number as described below and following the applicable instructions regarding how to return or, if applicable, exchange eligible Vittoria products.
Return unused, undamaged products
You may return your new, unused Vittoria products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be returned in the condition in which you received them, with the original box and/or packaging, including all manufacturer tags where applicable. We do not accept any returns of Vittoria products that are damaged due to abuse. If the returned product is damaged or not in sellable condition, you will be responsible for shipping and handling costs associated with the return.
Return used, undamaged products
If you would like to return a used Vittoria product, you must return such product within 14 days of our delivery of such product to you. Used products that are eligible to be returned must not have any damage due to abuse.
If the return is eligible under these terms, we will issue a refund on the original payment method used to purchase the product.
Exchange undamaged products
Immediately placing a new order ensures that you’ll get the new product quickly and that it won’t go out of stock while you wait for your exchange request to be processed. Please note that, as mentioned above, we do not accept any returns of Vittoria products that are damaged due to abuse. If you would prefer to make an exchange without placing a new order, please contact our customer service using our contact form.
Requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
You must request an RMA to return or exchange a Vittoria product that you purchased through this Website by contacting our customer service.
Contact Vittoria Customer Service using our contact form who will confirm that the Product can be returned.
You will receive a link from which it is possible to download shipping label that must be printed and affixed to the package.
You will need to contact the courier's toll-free number to arrange for pick-up at your home, or if preferred, a delivery to a TNT pick-up point.
Please note that it generally takes 5-7 business days to process a return package after it arrives at our distribution center. You will receive an email confirmation when we receive your return package.
