The Air-Liner Cyclocross is built for the unique demands of cyclocross racing, where low pressures, sharp corners, and unpredictable terrain push riders and equipment to the limit.

Engineered from lightweight foam, it reinforces the tire structure without adding noticeable weight, preserving the speed and agility required between the tape. By stabilizing the sidewalls, it eliminates burping and keeps the tire locked in place through aggressive cornering, off-camber sections, and barrier hops.

The insert also acts as a safeguard against impacts, reducing the risk of rim strikes and pinch flats when running optimal low pressures. And when punctures do happen, its run-flat capability ensures you can still finish your race instead of shouldering the bike.

Each Air-Liner Cyclocross comes complete with a Vittoria Multiway Tubeless Valve (60mm) for maximum airflow and perfect tubeless setup. Lightweight, stable, and reliable—the ultimate liner for cyclocross competition.

Sealant Compatibility

Do not use sealants containing ammonia. Ammonia can damage the cotton casing, the nylon casing and the tubeless insert.
Any damage caused by incompatible sealants is not covered under warranty.

Removal Tips: Tire + Air-Liner

Before starting the removal process, leave the tire completely deflated for at least 1 hour. This interval is necessary for the insert to release the structural tension accumulated during use, making it easier to break the bead away from the rim edges. To further simplify the removal process, use the Universal Tire Levers and the specific Air-Liner Tool Kit.
