The gasket, made of high-grade rubber, is positioned at the base of the tubeless valve. Its function is to create a reliable seal against the rim’s inner surface, compensating for micro-imperfections and irregularities. This seal is essential not only during installation but also under dynamic conditions such as vibration, temperature changes, and high-pressure cycling.
